Let’s be honest: while climbing can be challenging, Mallorca boasts breathtaking views that forge memories to last a lifetime. The sense of accomplishment from summiting a col is immensely rewarding. Our mountain days typically encompass three or four cols, with an elevation gain of about 2500m. Iconic climbs such as Coll de Soller, Sa Calobra, Coll de Femenia, Coll de Sa Battalla, and Puig Major are just a few of the remarkable routes awaiting your exploration.
Our undulating rides will typically meander alongside the Serra De Tramuntana and venture inland, where you'll encounter a blend of rolling terrain and gentle ascents. These rides serve as intermediates, with less climbing while still treating you to equally stunning views and picturesque scenery along the way.
Every ride will generally feature a cafe or food stop along the way, but the cafe days are really recovery days, with much lower distances and average speeds. Banter and chit chat are obligatory as we explore the quaint little towns that are scattered around the central eastern region of the Island. It's not been unknown on these days to actually have two cafe stops!!! But don't tell anyone!!
Feature days are the rides with a particular cultural focus in mind. We may spend the day visiting numerous monasteries that always sit atop a climb that will definitely get the BPM's up, or an absolute must, is a ride up to Cap Formentor light house, reputed to be one of the most beautiful rides on the island, particularly at sun rise & sun set.
